From the first meeting to the moment you say ‘I do’, we follow every detail with refinement, care and aesthetic vision, creating a truly memorable experience.
Story
We entered the wedding world in 2012, and since 2022 we have been turning love stories into words, gestures and rituals that touch deeply, ensuring that all our ceremonies are remembered intensely by the couple and their families.
Method
We do not believe in fixed formulas. We begin by truly listening to you, and hearing what you cannot put into words. Every sentence, every symbol and every choice is born from that essence. Each meeting is an opportunity to discover nuances of your story that will inspire the design of your ceremony. Then, we write an exclusive script, created only for you.
Hands-On
We oversee the entire process of creating and conceptualising the moment, coordinating with musicians, photographers, wedding planners and venue managers on the full script, rituals, ideas and timings. Yes, we lead the ceremony from start to finish and pay attention to every detail, because many of them happen without the couple noticing, yet they make all the difference to the energy of the moment.

More than organising events and officiating ceremonies, this is a team that creates experiences. Each ceremony is designed as an authentic reflection of the story of two hearts that found each other. Every detail is handled with sensitivity. Every word is chosen to endure.
We work with couples who are looking for more than an “I do”; they want to feel that the moment is truly theirs. Behind every event and every celebration is a passionate, dedicated team, deeply committed to turning special days into everlasting memories.
Andreia
Andreia is the heart and mind behind I Found You. She has worked in the wedding industry since 2012, after leaving a scientific career that, although promising, did not fulfil her more human and creative side. Here, she found her true calling: being by people’s side on their happiest days, giving voice to their stories and turning emotions into words that last forever. In 2022, in an act of courage and love for her dreams, she founded I Found You, a deeply personal project created with the desire to transform symbolic ceremonies into unique and authentic experiences. Andreia is known for her sensitivity, her smile, her personalised writing and her ability to capture the essence of each couple.
Vítor
Vítor is the quiet pillar that supports every event. If, ten years ago, someone had told him he would work in weddings, he probably would not have believed it. But life has curious ways of taking us exactly where we belong. Over time, he discovered the magic behind the scenes and the impact that a client’s smile at the end of the day can have on his life. He is responsible for all event logistics and operational coordination. He ensures that everything happens at the right time, in the right place, in the right way. Between set-ups, transport and last-minute solutions, he is also the team’s official driver and the content creator who preserves the invisible details. Discreet, practical and tireless, he is the anchor that allows the magic to happen smoothly.
Marli
Marli embraced I Found You from the very first moment, with enthusiasm and dedication. Passionate about events for as long as she can remember, she found in this project the perfect way to unite purpose and passion. Her smile is one of her greatest signatures: genuine, warm and contagious. A celebrant in Portuguese and French, she creates light, emotional ceremonies with meaning. With training in Event Planning, she also takes on the role of coordinator, supporting couples with organisation, sensitivity and attention to detail. Marli is presence, energy and empathy—qualities that make every moment even more special.
Camila
Camila discovered the world of events while organising her own wedding, and it was love at first sight. After several years dedicated to research, like Andreia, she realised there was a part of her that needed more human connection, more emotion and more creativity. In that discovery, she found her place, which led her to train in event planning. She is mainly dedicated to wedding coordination and officiating ceremonies in Portuguese and English. Her gentle voice, the serenity she conveys and her good humour create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Camila has the rare ability to calm nerves, organise thoughts and turn anxiety into smiles: a true safe harbour amid the intensity of the big day.
